Carrot is collected and cleaned carefully and then proceeds to the boiling process. Then dried,grinded and mixed with rice powder in a desired manner to make a traditional keralite steamed dish 'puttu'.It is collected from farmers from villages. It is purely natural and no preservatives or any other additives .
